This approach will enable us to engage in a deep exploration of past and current experiences and feelings, ways of relating to others as well as the underlying causes of thoughts and actions that may be getting in the way of living a more fulfilling life.

I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation to discuss the reasons that bring you to therapy, my therapeutic approach and whether I can be of help.

Upon mutual agreement, our phone consultation will be followed by an initial 50-minute assessment consultation, where we will get to know each other and explore whether we make a ‘good-therapeutic-match'.

If, by the end of this session, you do feel that we could work together, subsequent sessions are 50 minutes long, and take place weekly at the same agreed regular time.
