I began my own journey several years ago after leaving an abusive relationship. I set up a new home with my children, only to discover I wasn't free of my trauma. I didn't realise at the time, but I was suffering from PTSD. I began experiencing extreme nightmares, which caused me to wake up in a state of panic. I tried several different therapies over the years to cure me of my night terrors, but unfortunately nothing worked.

However, after soldiering on for a good two decades, I eventually gave hypnotherapy a try. Little did I know how much it would change my life. After just one session, I felt an incredible sense of calm and relief. My way of relating to the trauma changed overnight; it was like a switch had flipped in my head, allowing me to see the past in a whole new light. After two sessions, it felt as though a weight had been lifted off my shoulders, as I began to escape the confines of my anxiety.

My sessions in hypnotherapy literally helped me to adopt a new outlook on life. I became more positive, hopeful and excited about my future. My PTSD is now a thing of the past, and I am finally free to lead a happy and fulfilling life. This is why I decided to make it my life vocation. I want to help others break free of their fears, anxieties depression and compulsions. As a hypnotherapist, I can help treat a whole range of issues, such as stress, phobias, smoking cessation, and weight loss to name but a few.
