Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a combination of integrative psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. Sessions are focused on creating solutions and goal setting, followed by relaxing, calming hypnosis. We don't focus on the past or problems, which can feel strange at first but is freeing and productive. I also teach you a bit about the brain and how anxiety, depression and other conditions are created. This gives us a blueprint of what we will work on.

In between sessions you are provided with an audio to listen to and in subsequent sessions, we combine psychotherapy and hypnosis to get you quick change and create your bright future.
